Jhankar’s innovative approach led her to introduce an automated workflow system for ticketing and task tracking, earning her the prestigious “Employee of the Month” award within her first six months.
Jhankar’s passion for real estate blossomed during her time in the United States, where she pursued formal education in real estate in Edison, New Jersey. Licensed to operate in Middlesex County, she joined the renowned Century 21 John Anthony brokerage firm, working under the mentorship of industry leader John Pepe. Within six months, Jhankar closed a million-dollar listing, solidifying her reputation as a driven and highly capable realtor. Over the next three to four years, she honed her skills, gaining recognition as a trusted and accomplished real estate professional.
In 2020, Jhankar returned to India, bringing her international experience to her family’s real estate business, a trusted name in South Delhi with over 40 years of goodwill.
